This collaboration between “BACKLASH” and “VANSON,” two Japanese and American brands that use leather as their primary material, transforms “VANSON’s signature “Star Jacket” into a collaborative design, retaining its distinctive racing suit-like design while featuring a monotone color scheme. The “TYPE-A” features an all-black design, rarely seen in the original, while the “TYPE-B” features a subdued yet exquisite black, gray, and white color scheme. These designs are perfect for adults who have a taste for the Shibuya Casual style of the time. Brand logo patches are placed in various locations, and the “BACKLASH” design features a new lowercase font that aligns with “VANSON.” This Star Jacket is packed with the charm of this collaboration. The zipper typically located at the back waist has been eliminated, creating a front zipper pocket. The long sleeves, designed with racing jackets in mind, have been appropriately shortened.

After this, the leather is checked multiple times for quality before it is cut, and any leather that does not meet the standards is removed.
