Description
This model, which represents the early to mid-period of incarnation, uses horse leather that has been soaked in oil suitable for special product dyeing.
The leather is carefully tanned, and even after sewing, oil is added and dyed in a barrel to bring out the deep color and rich texture.
Since leather is prone to shrinkage after dyeing, the optimal position for each part is selected before cutting to achieve a stable finish.
In addition, size correction is performed during the natural drying process, and the final process of applying oil and polishing is all carefully finished by hand in-house.
The “One Piece Arm” technique created from this model was born from the designer’s desire to “not change the look of the leather throughout the entire leather blouson.”
By forming the sleeves while taking darts with a single piece of leather, the leather look of the outer and inner sleeves is unified, resulting in a natural three-dimensional effect. In addition, darts are added to the collar and waist to achieve a more three-dimensional and beautiful form.
This is the origin of the incarnation design that is passed down to subsequent models, and it is a rare model that is currently out of production and difficult to obtain.
